By using NotiBird ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Hyeonwook Kim as an individual developer.

1. The Service

NotiBird allows you to save URLs and receive reminders before events found in those pages. The Service is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee that event detection will be accurate or complete.

2. Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit URLs that contain malware, phishing content, or other harmful material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.

4. Third-Party API Keys

If you choose to connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, the Service will make API requests to that provider using your key. Each request consumes tokens from your account, which may result in charges billed directly to you by that provider. You are solely responsible for all token usage and any associated costs incurred on your account. We store your key securely and use it only to make requests on your behalf within the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event detection results will be accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyeonwook Kim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
